Precisely made, fit and finished, these planes are ready right out of the box and minimum honing is required. Heavy gauge (3.0mm) Pro O1 Steel blade is more durable and provides a solid cut with minimal vibration. Ductile iron is far stronger and more resilient. Stress relieving metal ensures the machined casting will stay flat over time.
