The AirCraft SG AC2000-SK05 Valve Needle Kit is designed for the Viper Series SG AC2000 spray gun range and replaces the components referenced as parts 26 and 35–39. This service kit refreshes the needle/valve control assembly—helping restore smooth needle movement, stable fluid metering and proper sealing so you get predictable spraying again instead of “surprise extra paint”.
The valve needle and its sealing components manage paint flow and shut-off. Wear, dried paint, or degraded seals can cause leakage, inconsistent flow and sticky trigger action. Replacing the needle-related service parts helps restore correct sealing and smoother control.
