The AirCraft AT0016-19 Gear Sleeve is a replacement internally splined sleeve used in the AirCraft Air Ratchet Wrench (AT0016 series) gear/drive assembly. Its internal splines provide a positive mechanical interface that helps transmit rotation and torque through the drivetrain. If a sleeve becomes worn, rounded, cracked or distorted, the ratchet can start slipping, engaging poorly, or feeling rough under load. Replacing the gear sleeve restores a crisp, secure connection so the mechanism runs smoother and delivers torque more reliably.
