The throttle valve is the “tap” that controls how much air enters your impact wrench when you pull the trigger. If the valve stem or seat is worn, or the spring and seals are tired, you can get air leaks, a sticky trigger feel, weak power delivery or a tool that won’t shut off cleanly. The AirCraft AT0004-SK08 service kit replaces the throttle and valve stem components (reference 29–34), helping your AT0004 regain crisp trigger response, stable airflow control and dependable performance—especially under repetitive workshop use.
